| Crusty Baked Chicken
2 cups of potato chips, finely crushed 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder 1/8 teaspoon of ginger one 3 pound frying chicken, cut up 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup of milk 1/2 cup of butter or margarine, melted |

Mix the potato chips, salt, pepper, curry powder and ginger. Combine the eggs and milk, pour butter into shallow baking dish. Dip chicken in chips, then in egg mixture, then in chips again. Put pieces side by side in dish, bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes. Serves 4 |
