| Favorite Chicken Loaf
1 cup of soft bread crumbs 2 cups of milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of paprika 3 cups of cooked chicken, diced 1/4 inch thick 1/2 cup of cooked peas 1/4 cup of chopped pimiento one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup for sauce |

In a bowl blend bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and paprika. Stir in chicken, peas and pimiento. Stir in chicken, peas and pimiento. Turn into a well greased loaf pan 9x5x3 inch. Bake in a moderate 325ºF. oven until firm, about 40 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce made from soup. Serves 6 |
