Hearty Chicken & Noodle Casserole
one 10 3/4 ounce can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables 2 cups of cubed cooked chicken 2 cups of medium egg noodles, cooked and drained 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
Stir soup, milk, black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and noodles in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400ºF. for 2 5minutes or until hot. Stir. Top with the Cheddar cheese. Makes 4 servings
