Leftover Curried Turkey

3 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of leftover turkey, cubed
1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 tablespoon of curry powder
2 1/2 tablespoons of flour
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of broth
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 ripe halved avocados, dipped in lemon juice

Melt butter in a flat saucepan and add turkey and pineapple. Sprinkle mixture with curry powder, flour, broth, and milk. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice. fill avocado halves with mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 - 375ºF. Garnish with peach or apricot. Watch the calories! Serves 4
