| Chicken & Broccoli Au Gratin
1 chicken, roasted (or left over chicken or turkey) 1 head of broccoli 4 ounces of cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
Set oven to 350ºF. Remove meat from bones; place meat in casserole dish. Cut up broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Steam for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix soy sauce with seasonings. Toss with chicken and broccoli. Place in casserole dish, cover with cheese and cook in 350ºF. oven until cheese is completely melted (about 10 to 15 minutes). Serves 3.
