| Mushroom Chicken Casserole
2 tablespoons of butter 1 3 to 3 1/2 pound fryer, cut up salt and pepper to taste 1 package of dry onion soup mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup | |
Melt butter in casserole. Place chicken in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Pour can of mushroom soup over top. Bake at 325-350ºF. for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender. Serves 4. |
