Oven-Barbecued Chicken Thighs
8 chicken thighs, skinned 1/4 cup of ketchup 1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of chopped onions, minced 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon of hot-pepper sauce
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Cover a large baking sheet with foil. arrange the chicken on the sheet. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon 2/3 of the sauce over the chicken. Bake, basting occasionally, with the remaining sauce, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serves 4.
