| Patio Lickin' Chicken
1 frying chicken, cut up 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix 3/4 cup of uncooked rice 1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup 1 soup can of water 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper |

Season the chicken, brown slightly in frying pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together, place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Cover with foil, bake one hour at 350ºF. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer. Serves 4 - 6 |
