| Quick Chicken Bake
2 cups of cooked chicken, cubed 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of celery, diced 1/2 cup of onion, chopped 1/2 cup of water chestnuts, thinly sliced 1 cup of cooked rice bread crumbs |

Mix together and place in a buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Microwave on HIGH for 6 - 8 minutes. If you prefer cream of mushroom soup or cheddar cheese soup- go for it. Do not be afraid to experiment. Serves 6 |
