Saucy Chicken Breasts 

2 small whole chicken breasts, split in halves
1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Paprika
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons of sauterne or water
1/4 teaspoon of instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
One 2 ounce can of sliced mushrooms

Sprinkle the chicken with seasoned salt and paprika, place in a small baking dish. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 2/3 cup of boiling water. Add wine, onion, curry, and a dash of pepper, pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake for 45 minutes or until tender. Remove the chicken to platter. Blend 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons of cold water in saucepan, stir in pan juices. Cook and stir until bubbly. Drain mushrooms, add to gravy, heat through. Spoon over chicken. Serves 2
