Chicken Wings in Sesame Sauce

12 to 16 chicken wings
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of sherry
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
3 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds

Disjoint the wings into 3 pieces. Freeze wing tips to use at a late time for soup. Place the wings in a large bowl or dish. Place the remaining ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour the mixture over wings and marinate, refrigerated, for 1 hour. Turn the wings after 30 minutes. Preheat the broiler. Line broiler pan with foil. Place the wings on pan and broil 5 inches from heat for 7 minutes on each side, baste each side once with marinade. Discard the remaining marinade. Place the wings in serving dish, and serve. Serves 6 to 8
