Smothered Paprika Chicken

1 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler/fryer, cut up
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
dash of pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
paprika

Wash chicken; arrange pieces in single layer in baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper. Cover with mushroom soup; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 4.
