Spiced Turkey Breast

2 pounds of turkey breasts, skinned
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of tumeric
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of grated ginger root
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of lemon extract
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 minced green onions

Place turkey breast(s) in a large baking pan. In a small bowl, combine coriander, paprika, tumeric,
cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger root, olive oil, lemon extract, and sour cream. Spread over top of
turkey breasts. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350ºF.  Unwrap pan and place in oven, bake for 45 minutes (or until thermometer reads 170ºF.). Baste occasionally with pan juices. To serve, slice turkey, drizzle with pan juices, and garnish with green onions. Serves 4.
