Turkey & Vegetable Salad
2 cups of diced cooked turkey 1 cup of cooked peas 1 cup of diced celery 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon of grated onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 cup of mayonnaise Lettuce leaves walnut halves for garnish
Lightly mix turkey with peas, celery, chopped walnuts, onion, salt, and pepper. Toss with mayonnaise until evenly coated. Refrigerate until chilled. Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Spoon turkey salad on top. Garnish with walnut halves and serve. Serves 6
