| Bacon Corn Chowder
1 pound of bacon two 17 ounce cans of creamed corn 3 cups of milk 2 cups of shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of chopped green onions 1 teaspoon of pepper
In a large saucepan, fry bacon until crisp. drain, cool and crumble. Pour drippings out of saucepan, add corn and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble. Add cheese, green onions, bacon and pepper and bring to boil. Sevres 6
