| Corn & Sausage Casserole
1 pound of fresh pork sausage 1 1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten one 16 ounce can of cream style golden corn 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
In a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour of fat. Stir in 1 cup of bread crumbs and remaining ingredients. Turn mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole top with remaining 1/2 cup of crumbs. Bake at 350ºF. for 55 - 60 minutes until set. Makes 6 servings
