| Morton Salt Roasted Seasoned Corn
1/2 cup of margarine or butter, softened 2 tablespoons of Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend 8 ears corn, husks and silk removed
About 35 minutes before serving: Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing. Mix margarine and seasoning blend. Spread each ear of corn evenly with 1 tablespoon of seasoned margarine. Wrap each ear tightly in heavy duty foil. Grill corn over medium coals 30 minutes, turning often. Makes 8 servings
Oven Roasting Variation: Prepare corn as above. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 minutes, or until tender.
