| Curried Almonds
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, melted 1 tablespoon of curry powder 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt 1 pound of blanched almonds
Combine margarine or butter with curry powder and seasoned salt in a medium bowl. Stir in almonds. Add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 2 to 3 hours. Turn to HIGH, uncover, and cook on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot or cold, as a snack. Makes about 3 cups |
