| Curried Artichoke Salad
1 package of Chicken flavored rice 2 or 3 green onions, sliced thin 1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped 8 - 10 Stuffed pimento green 2 Jars (6-oz) Cara Mia 1 teaspoon of Curry powder 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 - 2 cups of cooked, cubed chicken |

Prepare rice. Mix together all other ingredients. After rice is cool, combine with mixture and let stand over night. Serve on lettuce leaf or alone with olives and tomatoes.
