Curried Artichoke Salad

Curried Artichoke Salad 1 package of Chicken flavored rice 2 or 3 green onions, sliced thin 1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped 8 - 10 Stuffed pimento green 2 Jars (6-oz) Cara Mia 1 teaspoon of Curry powder 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 - 2 cups of cooked, cubed chicken Prepare rice. Mix together all other ingredients. After rice is cool, combine with mixture and let stand over night. Serve on lettuce leaf or alone with olives and tomatoes.
