Roasted Curried Sweet Potatoes (Radisson) 5 pounds of  Whole sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons of curry powder 1 cup of brown sugar 2 cups of sliced apples 1/4 cup of raisins 1/4 cup of melted butter Peel and julienne sweet potatoes. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 325ºF. oven until potatoes are tender. Serve hot and enjoy! Converted by MC_Buster.
