| | Turkey Olive Curry
2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup of sliced onions 1 cup of diced celery 2 1/2 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 1/2 cups of milk 1 cup of pitted whole ripe olives 1 cup of diced, cooked or canned turkey or chicken one 3 ounce can of chow mein noodles
In hot butter in skillet cook onion and celery until tender. Add flour, salt, curry powder, crumbled bouillon cube, cook until bubbling. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened. Add olives, turkey and heat. Serve over noodles. Serves 4 |
