1 egg 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon of paprika A dash of red pepper 2 cups of vegetable oil, divided 1/4 cup of vinegar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Combine egg, salt, mustard, paprika, red pepper, and 1/2 cup oil in container of an electric blender; process at high speed until thickened. Slowly add 1/2 cup oil, blending well. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process until well blended. Slowly add remaining 1 cup oil, blending thoroughly. Yield: about 2 cups |
