1 ripe Camembert 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon of finely minced onion 1/4 teaspoon of minced fresh garlic a dash of paprika salt and freshly ground black pepper Onion rings, hard cooked egg wedges and parsley, garnish Assorted crackers |

Mash cheese with fork. Add yolk and blend well. Add onion, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Turn onto serving plate and shape into loaf. Garnish with onion rings, egg and parsley. Serve with crackers. 6 servings
