Cheddar-Cream Cheese Spread

one 8-ounce jar of sharp cheddar cheese spread, room temperature
1 3-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup of chopped pecans, toasted
1 garlic clove, minced

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pack into cheese crock and chill well. Bring to room temperature before serving for ease in spreading. Serves 8-10.
