| Curried Egg Salad Spread
8 water chestnuts, chopped 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 2 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon of curry powder, or more to taste 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce salt & freshly ground pepper |

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups
