Dieter's Catsup 1

4 cups of tomato juice
4 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
2 teaspoons of dried mustard
1 onion, cut in half
2 to 3 envelopes of Sweet N Low

Place the tomato juice, vinegar, allspice, mustard and onion in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer until quite thick, about 1 to 2 hours.  Allot to cool. Remove the onion and add sweetener. Refrigerate. This can stay refrigerated indefinitely. This recipe makes up about one half of a bottle of catsup.

Dieters Catsup 2

16 ounces of tomato juice
4 cap-fuls of Kikkoman Soy sauce
Sweet N Low to taste

Simmer juice and soy sauce over a low flame, for about 2 hours. Allow to cool, and then add sweetener to taste. Refrigerate.
