| Avocado Dip 2
1 large ripe avocado 1/4 teaspoon of onion juice a dash of pepper, curry powder, and cayenne 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Peel avocado and remove seed. Mash to smooth pulp and mix with remaining ingredients. Use as dip for potato chips, cauliflower, diagonally cut carrot slices, or tiny cheese crackers. For variety, use horseradish or Worcestershire in place of curry powder. Makes 1 cup
