Black Bean & Mango Dip

1 red onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 orange pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
3 pressed garlic cloves
juice of 2 limes
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
two 15 ounce cans of unsalted black beans or one 16 ounce package of black beans cooked without salt
1 mango, chopped

Combine all ingredients. If you would like, you may combine onion, peppers, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro in a food processor for a finer texture and then mix with beans and mango.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to give flavors a chance to blend. Serve with unsalted tortilla chips. This makes about 6 cups and lasts for several days. A great appetizer
