| | Crab Cheese Special
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup of light cream of milk
2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced A dash of salt and pepper one 6 1/2 or 7 1/2 ounce can (1 cup) of crab meat, drained
Beat cream cheese, gradually adding cream; beat till smooth.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove bony bits from crab; snip meat in fine pieces and stir into cream cheese mixture. Chill. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dip.
