Creamy Pineapple Dip
1 cup of lemon low fat yogurt 3 tablespoons of frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted 1 tablespoon of nonfat sour cream alternative
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Cover and chill at least 25 minutes. Stir just before serving. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Store remaining dip, tightly covered, in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Yield 1 1/4 cups
