| Cucumber Dip
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/2 cup of unflavored yogurt 1 radish, sliced thin lemon pepper marinade
Process cucumber and garlic salt in blender until smooth. Combine with yogurt and add lemon pepper marinade to taste. Refrigerate. Use as dip, dressing or relish. Garnish with radish slices. 4 calories per tablespoon. |
