Garbanzo & Sesame Dip

one 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans, undrained
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of tahini (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Toasted pita bread wedges

Drain garbanzo beans, reserving bean liquid. Combine beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons reserved bean liquid in container of electric blender, process until smooth. Add Tahini, process until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a small serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle garbanzo and sesame dip with parsley and serve with toasted pita wedges. 2 cups
