2 ripe avocados, mashed (2 cups) 1 tablespoon of minced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt a dash of pepper
1/3 up of mayonnaise 6 slices of crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Combine mashed avocado, onion, garlic, and seasonings in small bowl. Spread top with mayonnaise, sealing to edges of bowl; chill.
To serve, stir in mayonnaise and bacon. Top with additional crumbled bacon. Pass with corn chips. Makes about 2 cups
Note: The mayonnaise "coat" over the top helps keep avocado bright. |
