| | Hot Artichoke Dip
one 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, stirring well to blend. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with assorted crackers. Yield: about 2 cups |
