| Hot Virginia Dip
1 cup of chopped pecans 2 teaspoon of butter 2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened 4 tablespoons of milk 1 cup of sour cream 5 ounces of dried beef, minced 1 teaspoon of garlic salt 4 teaspoon of minced onion
In a skillet, sauté pecans in butter, reserve. Mix he remaining ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with pecans. Chill. when ready to serve, bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
