| | Mexican Bean Dip
3 1/2 cups of pork and beans in tomato sauce, sieved 1/2 cup of shredded sharp process American cheese 1teaspoon of garlic salt 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt A dash of cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons of vinegar 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke
4 slices of crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Combine all ingredients except bacon; heat in chafing dish or double boiler. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve with corn chips or potato chips. Makes 3 cups |
