| Remoulade for Scallops or Shrimps
2 cups of mayonnaise 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard 1 tablespoon of chopped drained capers 1 tablespoon of minced parsley 2 teaspoons of minced chives
Blend all ingredients, chill. Serve in a bowl on a large plate, surrounded by cooked and chilled scallops or shrimps, speared with toothpicks. Makes about 2 cups
