Spinach Dip 5

8 ounces of nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 cup of nonfat sour cream
10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 ounces of water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 cup of chopped red pepper
1 envelope of low-fat ranch salad dressing mix

With electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Add spinach, water chestnuts red pepper and salad-dressing mix, mixing until blended.
Refrigerate. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables.

Makes 32 (4 cups). Preparation time: About 10 minutes. Chilling time: About 2 hours.
