| Sun Dried Tomato Dip #2
1 1/2 ounces of sun dried tomatoes 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 cloves garlic, pressed 4 tablespoons of nonfat yogurt 6 basil leaves 1/4 cup of parsley
Snip sun dried tomatoes into small pieces. Pour boiling water over them to soften. Let rest about 10 minutes. Drain. Place tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth. Makes about 1 cup |
