2/3 cup of peeled seeded cucumber, grated
1 teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Combine 3/4 cup yogurt cheese, 2/3 cup peeled, seeded and grated cucumber, 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

MAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS.
