Virginia Crab Dip
1/2 stick of butter or margarine 2/3 cup of flour 3 cups of milk 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 pound of fresh Chesapeake Bay Blue crabmeat 1/4 cup of sherry
Ina double broiler, combine butter, flour, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add crabmeat and sherry, stir until blended. Pour into a heated chafing dish and serve with French bread chunks or crackers
