| Yogurt Vegetable Dip
1/2 cup of creamed cottage cheese 1 tablespoon of finely grated carrot 2 teaspoons of finely grated onion 1 teaspoon of finely grated green pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt a dash of white pepper 1 cup of plain yogurt
With fork, beat cottage cheese in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except yogurt and mix well. Fold in yogurt, cover and chill. Use as dip for raw vegetables or chips. Makes about 1 cup
