| Chive Sour Cream Dressing
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of finely cut chives
2 tablespoons of tarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 /4 teaspoon of white pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dressing.
Serve as dip for cucumbers or as dressing to go with tomato and scallion salad and other garden salads.
