| Coleslaw Dressing
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of finely cut chives or 1 tablespoon of celery seeds
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour over chilled, finely shaved cabbage. Toss to mix. Makes about 3/4 cup of dressing
