| Currant Cream Salad Dressing
one 3 ounce package of soft cream cheese
3 tablespoons of currant jelly
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/3 cup of heavy cream, whipped
Blend all ingredients, beating lightly until well combined. Makes about 1 cup of dressing
