| Italian Dressing (Sugar free)
1 cup of tomato juice 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 2 teaspoons of onion salt 1/4 cup of vinegar 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon of Italian herbs
Combine tomato juice, cornstarch, and onion salt in a small saucepan. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until mix boils and is slightly thickened. remove from heat and cool. Pour into a small jar. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and shake well. Shake again just before using. Makes 1 1/4 cups
