| Yogurt Salad Dressing
1/4 cup of diced peeled onion 1/2 clove of garlic peeled 1/4 cup of celery leaves 1/4 cup of finely cut parsley 1 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of tomato paste one 8 ounce container of yogurt
Combine all ingredients in glass container of mixer or blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Makes about 1 1/3 cups. Serve over crisp, cold salad greens and on raw or cooked vegetables. Omit garlic and tomato paste when dressing is served on fruit.
