| Frances Less Hot Mustard
1 cup of Coleman's dry mustard, tightly packed 1 cup of vinegar 2 eggs 1 cup of sugar
Two day process: Step 1: Mix dry mustard and vinegar in blender. Let stand overnight. Step 2: Next day beat 2 eggs with 1 cup of sugar. Step 3: Add egg mixture to mustard and vinegar. Cook in top of double broiler until desired thickness. Remove from heat and chill. Keep refrigerated.
