| Homemade Mayonnaise 1
3 eggs
2 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of flour
8 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 lump of butter
Mix all together, stirring constantly. Makes 1 quart. Mixes well with bought mayonnaise.
