| Homemade Mustard
1 tablespoon of dry mustard 1 teaspoon of turmeric a sprinkling of mustard seed a dash of allspice 1 teaspoon of flour 1/8 teaspoon of sugar 1 tablespoon of cider or balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well. Yields 2 1/2 tablespoons. Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
